MTA BRIDGES AND TUNNELS IS SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR A NEWLY- CREATED MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES PROGRAM IN NEW YORK CITY

IF YOU RECEIVED YOUR UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE DEGREE IN THE PAST YEAR (JANUARY 2011 OR LATER) IN CONCENTRATIONS RELATED TO:

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE MTA BRIDGES AND TUNNELS’ MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES PROGRAM,  A 2.5 YEAR PROGRAM AT $50,000 ANNUAL SALARY WITH EXCELLENT BENEFITS

The goal is to develop well-rounded, adaptable, accountable and effective managers who are innovative, show initiative, have excellent people skills, can analyze and solve problems efficiently, who would be strong candidates to compete for any open positions within the agency at the end of the program.

*  Associates will work in a dedicated public service workforce that operates one of the largest bridge and tunnel toll agencies in the world and helps to subsidize public transit through the MTA

*  Associates must satisfactorily complete six month rotations in each of the five areas

*  Associates will be assigned a mentor and will participate in regular management training
