Take a self-guided tour and explore hundreds of fascinating artifacts and outrageous interactive exhibits designed to awe and entertain the entire family. You'll marvel and stare drop-jawed at the collection of weird and unusual relics and rare treasures displayed in over twenty galleries spanning two floors.

On view are items ranging from 24 shrunken heads to a section of the Berlin Wall; from a 3,197 lb. meteorite to Babe Ruth's official team uniform during his little-known stint with the New York Believe It or Nots baseball team. Whether you're examining a six-legged cow, a lock of Elvis's hair, or a life-size albino giraffe, this incredible collection of items and exhibits proves that fact is indeed stranger than fiction.

And, just to prove you actually saw what you think you saw, make sure to visit the gift shop and find that unique Ripley's souvenir to remember your visit.

Ripley's Believe It or Not! is open from 9 AM to 1 AM, 365 days a year. It is accessible for people with disabilities, and photography is welcome throughout your tour.

Getting There

Address: 234 West 42nd Street, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.

Take the Hudson, Harlem or New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. From there take

the following:

Subway:   Take the 42 nd Street Shuttle (S) or 7 train to Times Square .

Bus:   Take the westbound M42 or M104 (located on 42 nd Street, between Park and Vanderbilt Avenues) to Times Square .

Walking:  Exit the terminal and walk west to 42 nd Street / Times Square .
