The experience
With more than a dozen changing exhibitions a year of art and science as well as permanent exhibition galleries geared for the entire family to enjoy, the Bruce Museum lives up to its name as the jewel of Greenwich, Connecticut. There is always something new to see at the Bruce Museum, which is conveniently located near Metro-North's Greenwich Station and a short block from shopping and dining excellence on famous Greenwich Avenue.
Some exhibitions include The Olympic Games: Art, Culture and Sport: May 12 - September 2, 2012; Churches of New England: June 30 - September 23, 2012;Face and Figure: The Sculpture of Gaston Lachaise: September 22, 2012 to January 6, 2013. Hour-long, docent-led tours, held every Friday at 12:30 p.m., are free with admission.
