Meeting Notification

The next ADA Compliance Coordination Committee Meeting hosted by the Office of ADA Compliance will be held on Monday, March 15, 2010, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.   The meeting will take place at 2 Broadway (between Stone and Beaver Streets), 20th Floor Conference Room, New York, N.Y. 10004.

If you require a sign language interpreter, assistive listening device, Braille, or any other type of assistance, please inform us when confirming your attendance.  We can be reached at 646-252-3053.

For security purposes, we are required to submit a list of names of all attendees to building security.  If you do not confirm your attendance, you may experience difficulty gaining access to the building.  You must provide photo identification.  In order to expedite your check-in process, we ask that you RSVP by close of business, Thursday, March 11, 2010.  We look forward to hearing from you.  Thank you.

Concerning Paratransit:

If you are a Paratransit customer interested in providing input to New York City Transit (NYCT) regarding Access-A-Ride you may apply for membership on the Paratransit Advisory Committee (PAC), a fifteen member advisory committee composed of customers and representatives from major disability organizations throughout New York City. Applicants for the committee are asked to send a letter and current résumé to Denise Ann McQuade, Liaison to the PAC, at Paratransit Division, 130 Livingston Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

If you have an individual complaint or would like to offer a commendation, please contact the Paratransit Division by using one of the following methods:

1) Call 718-330-3322, the MTA New York City Transit Customer Assistance line, seven days per week, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., to speak with a customer representative.
